Recycling Project

Recycling Project   Every semester students join our Recycling Project at Pattison School. During the 2014 Summer Semester, students gather after class on Fridays to sort, rinse, and count bottles, cans, and juice bottles, so they are ready to take to the Recycling Depot. Students participating in this project not only contribute to the environment, but also accumulate volunteering hours that can be used towards their Graduation Transitions program, required in the BC high School Graduation program. Welcome to our August 2014 Newsletter! Summer is almost over. People enjoyed a great season throughout the whole country. In Vancouver we had plenty of sunny days, high temperatures and not so much rain. It is now time to enjoy the last days of warm weather and start getting ready for the change of season. August 8th marked the end of our 2014 Summer Semester and 2014 Summer School programs.
