Mr Skartvedt has been teaching in Vancouver for three years, covering all high school mathematics and sciences courses. His specialty is physics and calculus, but in his diverse experience he has branched out as far as economics and social studies.
In the classroom, he has excellent student rapport fueled by enduring respect he shows everyone. Students find him approachable and they easily ask questions, leading their learning with their own curiosity. Each lesson is infused with real-life scenarios and technology to give the students a better grasp of the ideas.
